50. Every provisional teaching licence ceases to have effect as soon as its holder fails the second practical training period that is part of the required teacher training program to be completed or is expelled from the program.

The holder of a provisional teaching licence must notify the Minister and, where applicable, the holder’s employer as soon as the holder is in a situation described in the first paragraph.

50. Every provisional teaching licence ceases to have effect as soon as its holder fails the second practical training period that is part of the required teacher training program to be completed, or is expelled from, withdraws from or otherwise ceases to be enrolled in the program, unless the university has agreed to suspend the holder’s enrollment.

Except where enrolment is suspended, the holder of a provisional teaching licence must notify the Minister as soon as the holder is in a situation described in the first paragraph.
